Welcome Food Pundits! Come Dine With Us!
Food Pundits launched as a Facebook group in September of 2009. The inspiration for the group itself came after many friends, family and co-workers commented on posts and photos on Facebook of places that John & Jennifer Jones would dine at… and boy there usually are plenty of food related posts!
Initially the group consisted of people who knew one another and most people expressed an interest in getting together for what we now call a Food Pundits Dining Meetup. So it was that in September of 2009 over a dozen Food Pundits got together at what once was Pasta Pomodoro in Corona. Since then the group has met every two months and sometimes even sooner than that at random locations between Riverside County and Orange County.
We’ve done Italian, Sushi, Cubin, Diner style foods and many other styles. Upcoming planned events include a trip out to Morongo Casino Resort for their well known Buffet and in discussions is a group event to attend a Sunday Night Chef Fight event in Riverside on March 13th at 6pm at The Salted Pig.
